Template of the Week 📕
This one works because it blends social validation with thought mirroring. Opening with a live hiring signal instantly grounds relevance, while referencing the recipient’s experience builds respect and rapport. The questions reflect their internal dialogue, making the email feel aligned, not intrusive. The offer — a short, no-call video — keeps friction minimal and curiosity high.
What we’re pitching: AI-powered hiring intelligence platform for large-scale recruitment teams.
Hi Ariele,
I spotted the 115 open roles at Hudson River Trading. Love the ambition.
If you're anything like most people leaders we chat with, a couple of thoughts might've crossed your mind (though to be fair, your 9+ years building employee experiences from Forbes through to your current role likely puts you ahead of the curve):
Are we losing great candidates to the Jane Streets and Two Sigmas of the world?
And are the people we do hire actually driving our mission to help markets run smoothly with smart technology?
That's exactly what we help answer.
We built an AI Hiring Intelligence platform that turns feedback from every corner of the hiring process into clear, AI-driven actions to help teams hire smarter and faster.
Can I just fire over a 2-minute video showing how it could play out specifically for Hudson River Trading?
No call needed. Appreciate you must be rammed with all the open roles.

Tip of the Week 💡
List quality drives everything in outbound.
The rule is simple: the smaller the list, the stronger the message.
Run two outbound buckets:
Macro-campaigns: broad targeting, high volume, scalable but lower reply rates.
Micro-campaigns: niche targeting, low volume, higher intent and reply rates.
Great micro-campaigns focus on tight signals — like one city, niche industries, event attendees, or people following a specific company.
When you nail relevance, micro always beats macro.
