Template of the Week 📕
This one works because it flips the dynamic. Instead of asking for something, you're inviting the prospect to contribute to something. It triggers exclusivity, social proof, and removes all sales pressure by framing it as research.
What we're pitching: B2B consulting services for technology leaders navigating AI team structures.
Hey George,
I'm reaching out to a small group of UK-based heads of technology to take part in a private benchmark we're running this quarter.
The focus is quite specific - how tech leaders are managing the tension between keeping core engineering teams running smoothly and standing up new AI-focused squads, without the headcount (or the budget) spiralling.
We've got 15 contributors so far, and your perspective is one we'd genuinely like to include.
No pitch, no agenda beyond the research itself.
It would be a 20-minute conversation - nothing to prepare, nothing to commit to.
As a thank you, we'll donate $75 to a charity of your choice.

Tip of the Week 💡
Trigger…signals…intent data…whatever you wanna call them. They only become saturated, if you frame them in a saturated way.
“Congrats on the Series A”
“Noticed you’re hiring an SDR”
= Bin.
Get creative.
1. In the CTA → "Curious if this might be relevant, given your hiring spree for SDRs?"
2. As a pattern interrupt → "Everyone’s probably pitching you because you're hiring SDRs. Let me take a different angle..."
3. Implicit Acknowledgement → "Most teams hiring SDRs hit one of two roadblocks. Mind if I share what I’ve seen?"
4. P.S Statement → “Any solid candidates for the SDR role? Might have a few up my sleeve if still screening.”
