How we generated 70 positive replies and $1.5M+ in pipeline for TryHackMe
The strategy
Background (Required)
TryHackMe is a cybersecurity training platform. They needed outbound built from zero for their B2B arm. Cybersecurity is one of the hardest B2B markets to crack. Buyers are under constant pressure and difficult to reach. We built an AI-first automated outbound engine, delivered $1.5M+ in pipeline, then migrated the entire system back in-house. That was the plan from day one.
Logos
We booked meetings and opened conversations with Vodafone, Zscaler, Duolingo, Equifax, Mandiant, Monzo, NATO, Tenova, Autoliv, Blackstone, ITV, ScottishPower, Syensqo, UK Finance, Subaru, MongoDB, Eventbrite, Canonical, Neste, EcoVadis, Trainline, Trimble, WithSecure, and more.
Offer / Hook
We ran campaigns with two hooks: a free pizza/lunch meeting and a demo of THM's simulation platform. We also used a SOC metrics guide as a lead magnet for softer-touch prospects. The pizza angle landed well. Multiple prospects called it out by name.
Iteration & Refinement
Jonny praises SO for "continuously refining, making changes, iterating, and improving" the GTM strategy throughout the engagement. Once US mailboxes were warmed up, we expanded into APAC. This was not set-and-forget. It was 7 to 9 months of ongoing optimisation.
Handover / Migration
This is the differentiator. We built the full system, then handed the entire automated outbound engine back to THM's internal team. "We build it, you eventually own it."
