How we generated 45 interested replies and $1.5m in pipeline in just 3 months for Superco.io
The strategy
Market Mapping: We used Storeleads to find the real market instead of guessing. We found 359,976 active US WooCommerce stores and 15,868 US Magento stores. We removed Shopify stores because they were not our target. This gave us 288,951 potential decision makers across 10 consumer categories, which we narrowed down to around 130,000 ICP-fit contacts.
Triggers / Signals: We checked every website to confirm whether it used Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce before contacting them. We also looked for tools like Klaviyo, Yotpo, Algolia, and Elevar as signs that the company had a real ecommerce budget. Shopify developer job posts were also used as an intent signal.
Data Enrichment: We first found the right company, then the right person. AI Ark helped find decision makers and their emails. Clay then verified the emails and confirmed the ecommerce platform.
Copywriting: We did not mention "migration" in the first email. Instead, we started with an audit and talked about practical problems like cost, workload, and developer time. We only introduced the migration project after someone showed interest. We tested 23 different messaging angles and ranked them by positive replies.
Offer: We offered a free migration risk assessment and SEO/UX audit. We used the Shopify Platinum Partner credential and a platform-specific migration guide to support the offer.
Outcomes: We contacted 36,678 unique US brands across 91 campaigns and 23 messaging angles. The best-performing angle generated 1 positive response for every 205 leads contacted.
